All You Need, Professional Kit!
The media could not be loaded. The quality of both the microphones and captured audio is fantastic. I have used a fair few lavalier microphones and they have always been ok. But a lot of them lack that professional sound quality as you, get what you pay for, with the cheaper ones. The item comes with an abundance of accessories and add-ons to help utilise the robust little mics. I will admit the price is a little steep considering there are so many others, almost half the price and that is its downfall. However, if you are willing to part with the extra cash I think you will be very happy. If you’re a content creator looking for an affordable all-in-one solution, the WMX-2 Duo may be perfect for you.The fact these come with a charging case that holds them securely in place when not in use is great. Each microphone has about 7 hours of battery life and that can be doubled with the supplied case. So 14 hours of overall usage is really impressive. All the mics themselves have onboard LCD screens that give out battery statuses and settings. From the moment you open the box, you can connect to just about anything and start filming your content while recording some impressive audio in either stereo or mono form.At the top of the two transmitters, there is a built-in omnidirectional microphone however, there is a 3.5 mm jack to connect an external microphone. I have been using it for interviews and have had my subjects standing about 50 feet away from my camera and the receiver. They did a nice job of isolating my vocals and creating a clear, clean recording. When in windier conditions the windscreen attachments come in very handy. They do a sufficient job of reducing that background sound. They are only 2.4-GHz mics that will not give you the range of DJI or Rode, but 328 feet isn’t too bad. I can’t see them needing to be further than that. The charging case has a 3,000mAh capacity battery and takes about four hours to fully recharge when plugged into a laptop or 2 hours when plugged into a fast charger. The Movo WMX-2 Duo is a semi-affordable all-in-one wireless mic kit you can use for a variety of needs. What makes the price worth it, is the ability to record professional-level audio when filming content for so many uses. I highly recommend them. Great kit.Hope this review helps.

Don't wait for it!
I recommend these devices in the time I have been using them, they have not failed in the audio and their quality and price is very commensurate and it is an excellent investment for an audience dedicated to content, both for social networks and professionals, making it a super versatile product.Best part is that you can charge all the 3 components at once (transmitter and 2 mics). It charges at great speed and the battery lasts for a long time; that’s a wow factor to me!

Well designed and thought out units
The following is a review of the Movo WMX-2-DUO Dual Wireless Lavalier Microphone System. It comes in a cardboard box with the actual equipment as outlined in the initial specifications so won’t bother you with repeating that here. The actual box is quite clever and well thought out as its also the charging dock as it can charge all three items - two mic’s, one receiver - at a time. All the 'small bits' come in drawstring bag - see photos included here. The mic’s/receiver have LCD readout panels so you can flick through the ‘command’ buttons to get the setting as required plus a battery status guide. Once charged up they seem to last well, hours in fact (but 7 hours is quoted as being possible or attainable), as I used them with my camcorder over this Christmas past to do some family and friends recording and overall quite impressed with the results. The small, easily attached furry windshields plus also (4 of) foam shields for the supplied lavalier mic’s. Outside with the furry windshields attached, it was possible get a good reception from well over 200 plus feet away and perhaps more than adequate for my own usual requirements, so impressive. The clips for attaching to clothing and/or cold shoe work quite well with the receiver mounting straight on to the cold foot on my camcorder was quite okay - see photos. So far they perform as suggested in the initial product information and unless the situation changes I will update as appropriate. There is also a 2 year warranty available by going inline to register.

Only works on iPhone
My kit came with a built in lightning connector. I hoped I could get a cable to be able to use a standard mic Jack but this does not exist. Useless for me since I wanted to be able to use it with my DSLR

Decent Little Kit
So after using these for awhile now I can honestly say for day to day users these might not be the best suited product for you but if you do any sort of content creation these are ideal, they are kind of confusing at first with the leads and everything needed but they will work regardless of device you have.Works well on iOS, Android with DLSR I know this as tested on all of them. The sound quality is honestly really good and for the duo basis doing interviews or having a duo channel of content creation is amazing to be kitted up it kind of gives the vibes of take it to the next level. Screen sizing for settings could of been smidge bigger but then I know the compromise is it gets bigger and clunky.Only fault I personally have is the initial setup being out of my comfort zone but over time this will adapt and I'll get more used to it as since its not designed for one singular platform the leads switching is just meh.Really if you are going to be purchasing I would recommend if you do any form of content online if you are a regular consumer who doesn't make content I wouldn't necessarily recommend.

Good wireless microphone system for recording speech
I bought this system to replace an older (and less expensive) model of Movo Wireless Lavalier Microphone Lapel Microphones. These are MUCH better. Much longer battery life, uses rechargeable batteries (my old version used regular batteries), and shows how much charge is left on the batteries, a huge improvement. Sound quality is more than adequate for recording lectures, which is how I use them. They are also quite compact. For my purposes, they have been excellent.

Great product if you need a 3.5 plug for your connection. iPhone receiver recommended otherwise.
I definitely needed the iPhone receiver to make my life easier.Works well with 3.5 jack iPhones 6 but with the Lightning jack it doesn’t work as it should or maybe I received a bad cord to plug it to my phone. Great audio on my old 3.5 jack phone. But nothing with the lightning jack. I could order a new jack but instead I'm just going to order the iPhone version receiver model.MOVO makes a very good product. The LEDs on the transmitters is a cut above for professional use.

Excellent addition to any size audio rig
It’s compact. Much smaller than I was thinking. It’s very easy to setup and comes with just about everything you need.Perfect for a backup system or even a consumer main. I did have an issue, but support got me 100% straightened out very quickly. The one plastic clip broke pretty early for me, hard to tell how as everything was fine till I noticed things were hanging by the cord. I didn’t notice it getting caught on anything. I think it might have been a fluke weak part. I contacted support and they got me back where I needed to be very quickly and easily.

drop outs
I've had this system for 5 months, .. and it worked fine for the 1st 4 months.I now hove one LAV unit that has drop outs, even when the receiver is only 10 feet away. Not sure what the issue is but it's only happened when I was using both LAV units in close proximity.Had two people in an interview yesterday and one kept dropping out randomly.Sound is ok, a little thin but perfectly acceptable.Tried everything to get these to work, .. just drops out often.Company responded but never made this right or replaced the defective unit.Don't buy this system, purchase a name brand system you can trust with your client's work.

Didn't Work
The photo shows real world situation. The Red circle indicates where the receiver is relative to the talent. The distance between the receiver and talent is around 30 feet. The transmitter is clipped on to the back of the talent's clothing (clear line of sight). The transmitter has a lapel plugged in and clipped onto the talents shirt (transmitter is in back). Around 60% of the audio was lost. The recording is clean and usable when the signal is not cut out. This was performed in several takes over 4 days of shooting. Cost tons of time trying to rectify the issue. Used boom to finish the job.I was unwilling to try another unit, so I returned and purchased a different brand which has performed flawlessly so far.The charging case is great. The pairing is seamless. The construction seems good, but may not handle rough conditions - just my opinion without testing. Plenty of cables, dead cats, etc come with the unit which is nice. The lapel mic tested directly to an audio recorder (H5) performed well/clean. The voice sounds a bit tinty, but could be EQ'ed in post.I was hopeful, but I can't afford the mishaps. Also, no backup recording on the transmitter is less than desirable. I will not be without this feature again.
