Cheap. Poor quality.
These got me out of a bind because I needed bulbs in a hurry. They are, however, poorly manufactured. The flat glass surface of the bulb was completely loose on one bulb and badly fitted on the rest. Wouldn't buy them again based on this, but they do at least light up!
