Spirulina of any edible non-pill form will taste unappetizing. This is not a treat but a powerhouse of nutrition for your body. Getting it in a soft gel capsule form is nice as it has no after taste and is easy to swallow.I am not huge on storing and eating lots of vegetables and fruits, and that gets expensive, as do well-sourced multivitamins. This is all that in one product. If nature made a multivitamin, this would be it.Overall I am happy with AMIHEM’s Spirulina, would definitely go for another purchase. I would highly recommend this product to all.

Rich in protein!I purchased this product and used it regularly. As claimed to be protein rich I did feel it helps you control your appetite and could save you from becoming overweight. I felt quite full for almost half a day after having it in the morning. It would be very useful for people interested in pre-workout energy as it keeps your energy levels high and reduces fatigue.I highly recommend this product for people in sports, interested in workouts, weight loss and those who travel a lot requiring elevated levels of energy.
