For the price of these grab bars you would expect perfection, but the acrylic does contain scattered defects. Also, for $330 you would expect that they would include the mounting hardware. Forget it, you will need to search Amazon or contact the company and purchase that separately. Alternatively, they could, at least, have informed me that I would have to order the hardware separately so I wouldn't be waiting another couple of weeks to install the bars. I almost took another star off for that alone.Still, if you've got a really nice, luxury shower, then you certainly don't want to ruin the beauty of the shower by hanging the big bulky, ugly standard metal bars commonly available. I haven't hung them yet because I'm waiting on the mounting hardware but will post a photo when it's done.
