Love it! Sizing help for others.
I got this for my English Lab because of allergies and licking hot spots. She can still lick on the material if she wants but she doesn’t seem to mess w it when the suit is on her.I got a size 3XL. She is a smaller lab and weighs 70 pounds. Neck=18”, Chest (at the broadest area)=31” and the picture shows her length. The suit stretches width wise and not in the length when it’s on. I didn’t get the 4XL because other comments say their dogs slithers out of the suit when it’s bigger. It’s fits her well and she will be supervised at home when wearing it. Hopefully this helps others with sizing.

fits great for our 55 pound aussie shepherd. she was having skin problems & enjoys this a lot more than a cone.

Runs very small
It's a pretty nice suit, but it runs small. I have a 60lb doodle whose measurements were well within the window for 3xl. It fits great while standing but when she lays down it's about 4" too short in the body. I'm stuck with this for now as I already sewed some snaps in the back under the tail so her incision was totally covered, but im ordering both 4xl and 5xl to see which ia better fit

Measure before you buy. Don't go by weight.
I bought it for my husky. The 2xl is a little tight and he's not a large husky. But, he does seem comfortable after I cut a slit in the neck. If you have a boy, you have to cut out the area for his genitals. (As shown in the product video). So if you think it's going to be close in size, go up a size. Once you cut it, I'm pretty sure it's yours. I cut out a V in the neck much like people do to t-shirts. It made a huge difference. His back thigh is wounded and he's leaving it alone. This is much better than the cone of shame he was wearing. He's sulking, but at least he can move around without getting hung up on furniture and knocking everything over. I will buy another one but I do plan to go up to the 3xl. Don't go by your pups weight like I did. Probably best to measure. I just couldn't get him to sit still long enough to measure. I used a pantyliner over his wound and stuck it to the fabric so his wound wouldn't stick to the fabric.

Glad I got, but not the perfect surgical onesie
My 115-lb GSD/Great Pyrenees mix took a 5XL, but I couldn't quite him entirely into it. Good enough- I got 3 of 4 legs & the one that counts (post left TPLO). He has been getting out of the cone and the inflatable (even when strapped to his harness), so I honestly got this bc it could ship overnight & he is starting to lick his sutures. I think this would work better for a female dog. They cut it really close making room for him to use the bathroom #1, so much so that the onesie rides back down as he walks and I have to scramble to make sure he's "still clear" before he goes. If you have a male dog, I would suggest a onesie with snaps around the private area (our other, smaller dog was given one from her surgeon that worked perfectly, so I know they are out there to be found). I will say that this print does give me a good laugh though. I'm not sorry I bought it, but it isn't the perfect surgical onesie by any means.

Just what I was looking for!
Perfect for my dog with skin issues! He is much more comfortable in this than his cone. That being said I still cone him when I can’t be with him because a dog could lick this and make the material wet where the problem is. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is because while he can poop with this on with ease he cannot pee because the opening isn’t far enough down. I could probably cut it to adjust this and may do that later on but overall this is great for what I was looking for. This is the 4xl on an 85lb golden.
