Calling from your cab? With S650-XT, even if you’re right in the middle of a busy highway, with the windows down, and the radio blaring, they’ll still hear you loud and crystal-clear.

Media Controls, Freezing up, and connection issues
im a Truck Driver, and a LONG time fan of Blueparrot, I bought the B650 with just the single headphone, since i use it only for talking, updated to the latest firmware with the blueparrot app, headset freezes up or stops responding after sitting idle for a time, if you make rapid fire calls, one after the other without giving the headset up to 30 seconds to "reconnect" after you end a call it locks up and stops responding, i have to plug it in to a charger to force it to shut off then reboot it and it works fine again for a time. The Voice commands to Answer a call work only about a 1/4 of the time, i have a call come in, i have to hit the answer button on the headset at least twice before it answers the call.Over all the headset is comfortable, and when it works, it works great, but it seems to still have a lot of bugs in terms of Function and the control buttons working is spotty at best, ill probably be going back to the B550

Amazing customer service
We had issues with them but contact blue parrot customer service before returning and they are awesome!! So far I THINK we have fixed the issue. Hopefully!
