I need to preface this with I am NOT a DR and NOT offering this review as any type of medical advice - only a comment on my experience!OK, moving onto my 2 cents since that is what you are here for...The joys of menopause have graced me with their presence and I had finally had enough of the daily 'night sweats/hot flashes'. I'm pretty new to the menopause game and was really only having the 'hot flashes' at night but the lack of good sleep was really starting to cause other issues in my life. It was time to try something beyond messing with the room temperature, different PJ's and blankets, watching my diet, etc. We have used Ayush Herbs for many years (my husband is a patient of one of the Dr. Sodhi's) and we love their quality and effectiveness so I figured this was a good place to start! I also ordered a bottle of AyoPhos and started taking 1 capsule of each in the morning. First couple of nights I only had 1 or 2 'hot' moments and nothing since then!

I really enjoyed the eleg fem herbal supplement to help me with my hormones as I am reaching my peri menopause stage, 47 year old woman. I notice I do feel more grounded and I use this together with their ashawangha, multi vitamin, and thyroid to keep my hair strong and decrease hair fall. For me, it has been a game changer will continue to use this supplement as well as my other 3 Ayush products.

I've been taking Eleg Fem for years and it is essential to support me. When I've been off of it I can definitely notice a difference. Ayush Herbs are great!
