It was easy to replace on a Ford Ranger 1999.

The product doesn't work
Keys jams in the lock and when they do go in they won't turn as expected. Don't toss the packaging you will send it back.

Literally garbage.
These don’t fit into after market door handles or Ford handles. Now I can’t even return them because I tried taking off the outermost metal ring but it was still too big. I tried cutting the plastic ring down a bit where the lock gets received into the latch. Still didn’t work and also ruined the door handle

I took it apart to rekey it and it's pretty cheaply built.

Fits 2008 E-250
Took a chance on these since my rear cylinder broke but they ended up fitting my 2008 E-250 even though it said it wouldn’t. Pretty decent deal and install was easy but can be tricky messing with the locks and such.
