Over all good watch, but the only problem it does not give the exact location , the location is always off by 200-300 mtrsUpdate- had to return the watch as it claimed it is waterproof but it is not, the watch stopped working after it got wet.I appreciate the tech support, they tried to help but still the watch was not working and had to return.

The watch is a perfect entry point for kids and parents who want to communicate throughout the day and not have any worries about online access or who they are talking too. Parents have full control. Easy for the kids to learn and use!

The product is solid and well built. Their customer service is also very good. The calling and texting is solid too. The apps on the phone also work well. The only bad things are the associated parent app and GPS locator function doesn't always work. You have to try it a few times for it to locate. This may be a function of the cel service. The app has a lot in it but it's not very user friendly and the English on it is flaky. Still a good buy if you want to be connected to your kiddos and would recommend.

My neighbor bouth one for her kid and I see it working, I decided to get one to for my kid to. Her watch worked right a way, mine I struggle for 2 weeks going back and forth with the seller keep asking me to take the sim out and restart the watch hoping it will start working. My problem was the "smart" watch was not detecting the sim. I try 3 different sim card companies he recommended ( my neighbor not even use a recommended company sim). Finally I returned and bouth a better one in 5 minutes was up and running. The step counter was not working for me, I had it connected to wifi and my kid run around not even recorder 1 step.

We got this for our 8 year old daughter. It allows us to give her more freedom to go out and about in the summer while still being able to check in on her (we can call her + gps). It’s like a little phone without any data that she can use to talk to us or her friends - and even better, now grandma and grandpa can call her (or she can call them) anytime they want.Definitely recommend to all parents!
