Smaller than what I wanted
It’s best for one person and not sheets. I do like that it folds away and doesn’t take up space. I do like the bars are thick.

It's ok...nothing to really brag about...but it's ok
Very very cumbersome when assembling and it feels very fragile and not sturdy. I feel like any moment this thing is going to break apart. I don't know how to fold it and put it away so l just keep it up....hell... I dont know if it even have that capacity. Over-all NOT A GREAT PRODUCT. I mean ...sure you can hang wet clothes on it to dry but is it collapsable. It's also not sturdy at-all. The idea is great..but l think they need to take this back to the drawing board and make it more sturdy and more collapsable. No, unfortunately l wouldn't recommend this as a gift.

HARD to put together
This has turned out to be a nice little drying rack, but it is a MONSTER to put together. That is why I gave it only 4 stars. I'm elderly and don't have the strength in my arms to put something like this together. It is beyond me WHY the manufacture did not put it together themselves if they thought it was so easy. It would have only required a larger box to ship it. There are little black "cups" along the ends of the rack where all those rods have to go into. Getting them into one side was bad enough, but then to line all those rod ends to the cups on the other side is a nightmare. I spent a better part of 2 hours trying to do it myself, but couldn't. Thankfully, my husband came to the rescue, but it took us both to get it together. Oh! And one of the little cups split.

Does the job
I read the reviews about how it falls apart once assembled. So I got out the rubber mallet (AKA "Mighty Mallet") and used it to 'hammer' the pieces together. Worked like a charm. This is lightweight, metal and doesn't have a break in the middle of the bars to snag your clothes or leave bumps on them. I'm wondering how long it will take for the paint to peel off or something, but until then, this was money well spent. Pretty sturdy and I find it easy to put up and take down. Would consider purchasing another when the wooden I have as well one breaks.

Doesn’t lay flat
Wouldn’t stay down, took over a week to get it unrolled, and the corners lip up, going to return it.

Too small too light. Pain to assemble. Not satisfied.
If you hang like 3-4 clothes on the top rods the rest of the hanger becomes useless. You can't hang anything else on the lower/inside rods as the clothes will come too close to each other with no airflow and not dry properly. I think its just poor design. It should have more depth for the height. It was a pain to install. The bars are "plug in" type on both ends and it takes two people to do it to align all the rods into the holes they go into.Very lightweight (bad thing - blows away and tips easily in the wind).

Needs assembly
I don't think I saw where this items needs to be assembled, but it does. However, after unpacking it and seeing the various pieces (2 sides, 6 rungs and one top piece) I almost put it back in the box to return tnce I am assembly challenged and 83 years old. However, I decided that maybe I should try. First try, did not seat the rungs properly into the inserts. Things were falling all over the place. Second try, really pushed down to get rungs seated and then was able to attach the other side. Really like it because it is portable, light and requires just a 5 inch space to store when folded
