Screw not provided
Picture has a screw. Tha package that came in was just the heat sink. I will have to look for a screw that is compatible, which is a hassle where I live.

Fits Dell XPS 15 9520
The descriptions are a little confusing with SSD1 being slot 2 and SSD2 being slot 1. In any case, I purchased this heat spreader to add an additional SSD to my 2022 XPS 15 model 9520 laptop that only had 1 drive from the factory. I purchased the spreader for SLOT 2, which in my case was for the middle (empty) drive position. The thermal pad that was installed had a gap/wrinkle in place so I had to take it off and re-seat it before installation. Not hard at all, the pad was not super sticky or anything. Its probably not the best material anyway so maybe purchase a quality replacement thermal pad one time. It also came with the mounting screw as necessary to lock down the SSD and heat spreader together. The non-screw end of the heat spreader has a tab that slides under a mount locking the end in place prior to screwing the other end.FYI, eSATA drives may not be compatible with NVME slots, who'd of known? My initial drive didnt work due to this mismatch even though it will fit in the slot. Not related to this product, but just trying to pass forward info.

Works great for my XPS 15 9510
Dell being cheap again, had to buy this separately for my $2600 laptop. Anyway, it works great, fits tight and I have no complaints whatsoever. Just be sure to look up the service manual for your laptop and make sure this is the correct side, because the 2 SSD heatsink on my XPS 15 9510 are different, therefore they are not interchangeable.
