I love this cavitation machine. I had taken my weight before and after and was wowed to see I had lost 2lbs from using machine for 2hrs.First I used the fat blaster for 30 mins in only 5 inches by 3 inches of midsection focusing only in that area for the 30 mins, followed by 30 mins of the multi rf in same section I worked on previously with fat blaster. The multi rf does get hot and its best to use in small circular motions. After this, I allowed machine to rest for 10 mins then worked the opposite side of my midsection for 30 mins in only 5inches by 3 inches of area followed by the multi rf for another 30 mins.I had read that doing 15 -45 min of aerobics afterwards helps burn off the fat that has been blasted so that you can also oxidize the fat and not depend on solely the lymphatic drainage. I also used a body brush to promote lymphatic drainage. However, I did notice that if I used it everyday I would get headaches, so, I have started to use the cavitation machine every other day and I have lost significant weight, as well as, my skin tightening in same areas I worked on.The machine itself is very easy to use. You turn it on in the back with the red switch and brings you to a home screen. Pressing start then brings you to 3 options, the fat blaster, which is the bigger flat round one, multi rf, and tri rf, which is best to use on face. After you have chosen from those 3 options it sends you to another menu where you can customize frequency, level, and intensity. On top of those options you also have option to stop, pause and change duration of session. It runs on timer and once it's up machine automatically stops. So a lot of times, during the 30 mins I set it to, I watch a show.Main reason I decided to buy this machine was because I'm dead scared of losing a lot of weight and having saggy skin as well. I read somewhere cavitation machines help in promoting skin to tighten. So far it has worked for what I intended it to and I believe is well worth the price.

I was hesitant about this purchase, but decided to give it a tryPlease read the instructions thoroughly. The first time I may have overdone it because I was anxious. But now I feel comfortable using it. I have seen a difference in my face and legs. I believe it will take some time before I see results. But worth a try. PS: This machine is not loud or noisy like some people are saying. Its actually very quiet.

I will say this product works but it does cause ringing in the ears when I’m use! They say this is normal but it’s an annoying sound. Get it! Save you some time and money from the shop

I've only had the device for a couple of weeks and they say to give several weeks before you'll see results. So, I can't really review too much on that. I've also started working out a little more and have been losing some weight in general.However, I can speak to ease of use and set-up. You get three different type paddles. I've mainly used the larger "Cavitation" paddle to focus on my belly and upper thighs. The on-screen display is nice and easy to read/understand (except I didn't read the instructions fully and did not selection and power level for the paddles the first time so nothing happened but me rubbing this paddle around....hahaha. You can adjust the timer, change modes, adjust the power and even pause if you need to stop for a few then pick up where you left off. You can also increase the time during your session should you feel the need. When done, you can exit the program then cut the power switch off in the back.Depending on the Mode you choose, you'll hear the system pulsing your body layers. I didn't have any "shock" issues that some others have mentioned so I don't use the gel I ordered. All that seemed to do was dry out on my skin and I had to keep applying it. Then you have to clean the paddle real good.For the price, if this works as planned, it's definitely a value versus going to a service or having a doctor's office do it. Good luck everyone. The machine works but due to the ear ringing the noise and vibration hurt my ears.So .. not for me

I love this machine! After paying for a session at a spa and learning how much additional session packages would cost, I started to do research on whether you could have your own machine at home. I chose the Cavitation Slimming System after reading several positive reviews. When I received it, I was intimidated at first, but found the set up and instructions very easy! Each time I use this machine, I see great results. Slimming and tightening of my abdomen area which is where I have focused. Can’t wait to use it on my upper arms and jawline next! So much less expensive to be able to do these treatments for yourself from the comfort of your own home. Love it!

I bought the cavitation machine 1 month ago. I use it 2-3 times a week. I have lost a few inches in total from my abdomen, hips and thighs. Because of this I know I am using an excellent product. It is also firming up my saggy thighs. Tips: Measure yourself before and after once a week to see the results. Use ultrasonic gel, drink plenty of water to flush the fat and toxins once you complete using the machine. Eat a healthy diet.
