Looks great, but could use 1 additional installation item
Really looks great in our condo's bathroom. Installation was pretty easy, (except for a couple of unexpected items left by the builders). There should be a paper/cardboard template included for the wall hole size. That would have saved some time, and if it was white, would serve as a possible framing mat, since the opening is not a standard size for posters and the such. Overall very happy with the purchase

Looks great!
When I renovated my bathroom, I was hoping that I would have a big recessed medicine cabinet but it was not possible because that drywall is right up against the firewall, with no studs there. So I needed to put a medicine cabinet in the side wall, where there are studs. I didn't want to have two mirrors at right angles to each other, so I searched all over Amazon for something like this and it's just what I needed. It looks great! If you buy it, you should know that the opening is not a standard size; I ordered 11"x14" mats and cut one to fit the opening. My only camplaint about this product is this: the shelf pegs for holding the shelves do not lock the shelves in place, so the shelves have a tendency to come out if I'm not careful when I remove something from the cabinet.

These are wonderful, but...
I bought 2 of the "Regular" size. I live in a 1950's house, and while I didn't have a chance to measure the width between studs while the wall was open (and a studfinder can't detect through the plaster), I believe they are pretty close to a 16" standard. These cabinets needed a bit of shaving on the external studs to make them fit, and the installer tweaked the hinges to give them the 1/2" space between that you see in my pic (unlike the 24" stud separation shown in their side-by-side pic). So be prepared if you're planning to put them side-by-side!My advice to future buyers is to measure whatever you're planning to put inside! I had hoped to add an extra shelf until I started measuring. If, inside the cabinet, the top shelf is placed at the topmost set of peg holes and the middle shelf is placed at the lowest, you will have between 4.75 and 5 vertical inches on each of the 3 shelves. So if you are planning to put 3 rows of 6" bottles, you will need to come up with a new plan.I also advise you that, unless you have a pic that is going to fill the full-size frame, go ahead and order the mat. You can see from my image that the mats, cut for an 8x10, have less width at the sides than at the top and bottom. So it's a lot easier to use the ones from Fox Hollow unless you're going to get a custom mat done anyway. These have gone a long way to solving my storage issue, but there are several design fails that I hope they rethink:1) The width of the recessed boxes. Without having opened my wall, I had leaned toward getting the Large size, which is *slightly* wider than the Regular. I had thought stud widths were pretty standardized, and the Large would have just been taller, not wider. If they do go taller instead of wider, e.g. 11x17 mini movie poster size, it would be nice to have an optional mat that could hold 2 or 3 landscape photos in a vertical layout.2) The use of glass vs. acrylic. The pane over the pictures is acrylic, while the 2 shelves inside are glass. This should REALLY be the other way around--a glass picture pane and acrylic shelves. The shelves rest on shelf pegs and if the pegs are not exactly level the glass can pull outward fairly easily.3) Soft close hinges. If you plan to go in there much, as I do, soft close would make a big improvement!4) The width of the overlaying frame. As I mentioned, my installer jockeyed the hinges to spread the two frames farther apart, but as you will see from the specs, there's a lot of frame overlay beyond the recessed box. It could have been easier, and I wonder how many folks gave up on the idea of having 2 adjacent because of this. All in all, I'm extremely happy with the cabinets, but I hope they keep improving the design.

Excellent customer service
Order two 14x24 concealed cabinets. The cabinets look great. Each cabinet comes with two glass shelves. Unfortunately one of the cabinets the glass shelves were broken during shipping. I sent an email to customer service and within 20 minutes received a response indicating that two new shelves were being shipped. Couldn’t ask for better or quicker response. Outstanding.

Beautiful alternative to typical medicine cabinet
I’ve always had the bulky mirrored medicine cabinets and this is a stylish alternative. Sturdy and easy to install. Three glass shelves give plenty of storage options. It has a low profile against the wall no bigger than a regular picture frame. Now it’s just deciding what picture to put in it. I did purchase a 8x10 mat directly from the company which is very good quality.

Nice but a few complaints
So to get a mat for a photo you have to cut your own or get it through them which kinda stinks and that’s another $20 cost. The unit is pricey. It’s sturdy and holds a good amount. I had it installed for me since I don’t cut walls and so forth. I will say for the price I have bubbles and paint defects on the outside door which I think is the poor workmanship. For the money it shouldn’t have issues. I haven’t called the company because I had it installed and can’t uninstall it and reinstall another one. So I’m living with it but it bothers me on the finish.

Beautiful! Plexiglass is inside picture frame w/peel off sticker on both sides
LOVE this!! Exactly as it is pictured, looks great! We couldn't find the plexiglass, but then discovered it is one of the pieces inside the picture frame with a peel off sticker on both sides. At first, it looked like just a piece of cardboard. We were so happy to discover it wasn't missing, it was just disguised.
