Very bad product it will definitely disappoints customers the hanging hooks are very small we cannot be able to use it properly when I want to return it no one came to collect it loss of money

Good Product
Although it's a good product the manufacturer should keep in mind the convenience of its customers.The product should be along with a set of Screws and Plastic Bullets, it's a very small thing and not very expensive. You can not make a client run to buy 2 Screws and Bullets.I'm not complaining but it's a simple thought the manufacturer should keep in mind.

Wrong product
The images in the product description depicts a rack which has space for plates on the back end. But what I received, had that in the middle of the rack, due to which there was no space for the bowls/glasses to be kept, it wasn't the same utensils rack. I replaced it in the hope, that this time I'll receive exactly what has been shown in the images, but still got the wrong one. Then I returned it.
