Very pleased with my purchase. Phone arrived on time in perfect condition. Following the set up instructions provided it was easy to set up with my California Lifeline provider. I would recommend this seller and I would purchase from them again in the future.

I bought this phone for my patient who suffers from progressive multiple sclerosis. It states that the phone is unlocked to all carriers. As you can see it is locked to Verizon and I don't think that it's fair to pay for it to be unlocked. Also it will not even provide me with a screen to try to unlock the phone. Amazon you have to do better. I've even called Verizon and spoke to a Rep who told me that the seller would need to call them for the unlock code even though this was a legal purchase because I wasn't the original purchaser.

As described, peak condition, easy to use.

Complete disappointment at first because I thought I bought a Verizon phone for ATT. But I followed the instructions it came with and now it works fine. Don't worry if your phone rejects the sim card at first just skip through the rest of the set up, connect to wifi, then restart the phone and presto I have a Verizon phone with ATT sim card

You can't actually bypass the Verizon lock and use your own carrier it keeps switching it back. And Whoever updated it to Android 12 used a file for a different model. Thus completely screwing the phone up

3 Day Battery, large Memory for the money. Excellent Cameras. Nice color easy transfer of data, no problem AT ALL, hooking up my cell company.

I can't tell you about the function of the phone. I ordered 2 for my sons and they were locked to Verizon. No one could unlock them, including the seller, so the seller is issuing a full refund.
