It doesn’t work don’t buy it

Do not buy this. The tube thing is some styrofoam or something and the shape comes ruined due to the packaging. So you can’t place it around your head properly, plus it’s already sliding due to the satin cloth. You are basically paying for the claw clip and the two scrunches.Instead I recommend you look for a bath robe and use it’s belt, works wonderfully. Idk why I fell for the ad and bought this ☹️

It’s too big to fit on your head and doesn’t serve the purpose

I liked this more than I thought I would. I’ve heard people say to sleep with this on after you shower but that didn’t work for me, I woke up with sad wet waves. My hair is thick so maybe that’s why. I used it on clean dry hair and sprayed it with some hairspray before wrapping it. Much better result. Super pretty and lasted all day even without putting more hair spray on it. For girls with super long hair (like mine) I recommend positioning the hair tube thing behind your neck instead of having it laying on top of your head. It’s a bit short to wrap super long hair but positioning it behind your neck definitely gives you more length to wrap your hair around.

Let me start by saying I am a hairstylist. I love any type of heatless styling, especially when it's something anyone can achieve easily. I'm always looking for new things to pass on to my clients, so when I heard about Robe Curls I knew I had to try it. With the price being high, I decided to also try this cheaper version. There was a huge difference in the results. This product doesn't stay in place, and it's difficult to keep the hair tight around the headband (which is going to give you the best results)I had to tie the ends together with an extra scrunchie, and as you can see from my photo the end result was not great. This photo was actually the 3rd time trying this product, as I wanted to give it a good effort before making my judgement. In my opinion, spend the money and get the actual RobeCurls brand, they work so much better!!

I’ve seen this all over tiktok and decided to give it a try. It didn’t come with any instructions or anything so I did my best, but I think my technique could use improvement. Sleeping on it was a little difficult. I’m a side sleeper so that required some careful positioning. When I took it off the next morning, 12 hours later, my hair was still a tad damp, or at least cool to the touch, but there are some definite curls! I think with practice I could get more of my hair on the rod to make them look nicer. Can’t really complain about the price to result ratio! Very interesting

Well, I don’t know what I was expecting, it’s obvious from just the pictures that this would never work for me yet I fell for it, maybe it works if you have long straight hair and you want to add some waves, definitely not for shorter hair or naturally curly hair, you’ll just wake up with a hot mess.Edit: To be clear I have nothing against the product itself, if you believe a hair rod would work for your hair type this one is pretty decent, but it should be clear that like you see in the pictures this works only for long straight hair.

Sorry about the bad pics but I wanted to place a review and this is what I had. I am a cosmetologist and I hate heat on my hair. I have use this product four times now and I’m having trouble getting the curls even. I have faith that I will eventually get it right, but it doesn’t come easy the first time. I think it is worth the effort to keep trying to avoid the heat on my hair. I really like the curls it gives. It is very much like my wand. When it doesn’t curl evenly I just put a couple extra curls with the wind. At least it’s less heat on my hair. The curls last for days. I am on day three of the same curls now. The second picture is day one but I have used the wand for three small curls on the side that didn’t curl.
