This spray is a repellent conditioner. It smells amazing. It’s perfect for your hair after a lice treatment because it conditions your hair when you need it conditioned. The smell is amazing as well.

With 2 kids in school and my own home daycare, I always like to keep this stuff on hand. I haven’t needed to use it yet (knock on wood), but I feel better knowing it’s within reach. The product itself has a citronella smell to it, which is quite strong. I’ve used this brand in the past, years ago, and it always did the trick getting rid of lice!

It's the kind of thing I want on hand in case I need it, because I wouldn't have time to order it! This appears acceptable for a holistic-type chiropractor like myself...it smothers the lice with mineral oil so the ingredients don't appear too harmful for humans. The shampoo has lauryl (laureth) sulfate, which I generally avoid in personal care products, but assuming I would only need lice shampoo for a short time, I can take it. There's also the generic "fragrance" on the label, high up towards the top of ingredients. So if you're super sensitive like me, but not allergically triggered, should be a-ok for short-term use. Which I do not want to need to test, but really appreciate having this on hand just in case! The lice prevention spray uses an essential oil blend which I appreciate, although without a child going into an active lice setting I'm not sure where this will come in handy. If I need a lice prophylactic (or know anyone whose kids do) will check it out.

Lice is an issue you hope nobody has to deal with that being said Nix has one of the best treatments. My kids got lice from some kids at Elementry school about 15 years ago we used this. Thankfully it's not a problem yet for our grandchildren, but we got it as a preventative with this post-pandemic you never know what's the next shortage is going to be. The price could be better, but better to be safe than sorry.

I have a seven year old daughter and both of us have very long thick hair. We have yet to get lice and would like to keep it that way. We use the preventive spray regularly. Its not scented strongly enough to be noticeable but strong enough to effective. We also like to keep the the medication on hand just in case we ever do get it, we can take care of it as soon as possible.

Smells so bad it’s chokes

This exact same brand with good results. This order comes with a lice treatment shampoo, a lice prevention daily leave in spray and a lice comb. This is a great product to have on hand if you have children or work around a lot of people where your hair may come into close contact with others. I'm not a fan of the smell.. but it works.
