This is one high end exercise set.Everything looks and feels sleek and streamlined. The design is so nice that I imagine it will make me want to exercise even when I don’t feel like it. The design aesthetics reach across every customer touch point - to the thick glossy black box with white lettering, the packaged contents, and ultimately each component within the kit.The jump rope is a great example. It’s very lightweight and makes a slight, streamlined noise as it glides through the air. The handles feel very comfortable; I’m unsure of the material - it’s different from anything I’d experience with exercise equipment. This is a great example of taking a commodity product and really making it high end. It’s like revisiting an old friend, who has undergone substantial improvement since last you’ve crossed.Everything within the set fits within a black carrying bag. This is great because it provides a range of crossfit activities all within a small bag. Whether you keep the bag on a shelf, closet, small corner of your home, or take it on the road, it’s very convenient.The adjustable weight bracelets also have a perfectly sized zippered plastic carrying case. This case is very convenient for storing the weighted bracelets within a small footprint.It would have been useful if the other items had comparable cases to keep them organized; this isn’t a big deal as everything fits within the bag. I would have also liked to see a method of organizing the jump rope when not in use, perhaps something like a cable management system again, not an issue, just more of an optimization.That’s the interesting thing about great, well designed products - it’s easy to let your mind run away with you and find various additional areas for improvement :)This set also didn’t arrive with instructions - unnecessary if you’re a regular fitness person; but for the casual user a basic exercise booklet would prove useful - especially for the flow rope. Also a listing of the included contents in the kit would have been nice. Probably obvious to most, but likely not everyone. I’m sure all this information is available online, but it’s really a matter of completeness and customer convenience.This product comes with a lifetime warranty. Just scan the QR code with your phone, fill out a short Google Doc with some basic questions, and that’s all, easy-breezy. What’s even better is that if you're a Google Docs user most of the form is already filled out for you, with exception to the Order ID and product name.This is a superb, high quality product that’s very well designed. I look forward to using it over many years.

The flow rope kit isn’t a bad kit completely. Here are the pros and cons:The flow rope kit includes a jump rope, a flow rope, ankle weights, a bag, sweat bands, and a headband. Needless to say, the headband and sweat bands are only used for style purposes as I’ve had hardly any need for them. I also don’t have a reason to use their travel bag as something as simple as the jump rope can be carried naturally or within a vehicle without a bag. The biggest problem though is the flow rope. I was personally expecting a flow rope to be something that you can use as a muscle exercise when combining a constant strength application by waving the rope up and down. The problem is that the rope is incredibly small. Even a small child wouldn’t be able to use it for its intended purpose. So the question is, was it intended? No, the jump rope is actually a well made jump rope that I have used for my workouts, the flow rope serves no purpose as a jump rope due to its length. It also isn’t weighted at all, so you cannot use it for strength training.The ankle weights are roughly 2 pounds each and are incredibly light. You can run with them no problem and don’t really serve as a weight for the body, too well. Out of the entire kit, I’d say the jump rope is the ONLY good addition. Overall not impressed with the quality or how it was branded.

Great jump rope set. Quality materials just like the professional gyms. Comfortable grips make working out easy. Excellent set for the money.
