Product defect, insufficient information about return policy
The carpet came in a rather small package and was folded multiple times leaving lines on the fur side as well. Esthetically it's unpleasing and defect.As I wanted to return the product, I found out, to my surprise, that I have to send it to USA although I bought it in Amazon Germany. There should have been a clear indication about this in Amazon or at least during the purchase process but there was none. This will cost me a lot of money, time and effort not to even mention the environmental factor. And that only because there is no clear information about return of this product.
