Shoddy box
I recently wrote a review about the damage on the box. After speaking with the seller there customer service was second to non.Very kind, very apologetic and absolute gems to be in contact with.The product works amazing and helps my dad's arthritis. The box was damaged in transit and that is something I will be taking up with the postal service.Would definitely buy off this seller again

Got this yesterday it's the best £69 I have spent in my life I have rhumitiod arthritis 15 mins and the pain was gone from my hand if I could give 100 stars I would great buy

Be careful
Brought this for my grandma to help relive pain from arthritis.It worked well for about 2m then it malfunctioned locking her hand in the machine. It started to restrict blood flow and casued her to get very dizzy and almost pass out. Luckily family where rear my and able to rip the air cushion allowing her to realise her hand. Be careful with this product.

The actual machine seems to works OK, albeit quite powerful, but the instructions that come with the massager is very basic unless you can read chinese. The displays change colours but there is no indication in the instructions as to which colour pertains to which setting. The english translation in the instructions is quite poor.
