It's a great touch up tool, but as many have mentioned on here before, a little dab can go a long way. I used this to fix a chip on my Gibson LP and this touched up the paint chip extremely well and while it doesn't look like new, it's a big improvement over what it looked like before. Highly recommended.

the felt tip leaves a low spot in the center of the deposited lacquer, if you are filling a ding in your item better to use a superfine artists paint brush.. a spray of the nitrocelulose lacquer in a small jar cap and deposit the required amount as a drop in the ding, the high spot down with polishing compound

Simple and does what it is supposed to do for minor touch ups on gloss.

I bought this to add a clear coat to protect my guitar headstock decal. It ruined it and made the colors run. It left a smear like mark on the guitar. I used very little of it and was careful. I am very disappointed.

I used this to apply the lacquer to my fretboard edges on my les Paul.
