This product definitely works, but it hurts. I have pretty healthy teeth and gums, but the blast from the water hurts like crazy in the first couple modes. I have not found a way to program it to my level from the start. You have to put it in your mouth and the get to your desired comfort level of spray. While doing this it hurts if it's directed to your gums. Once you get the hang of it, it works great and is really good for people with braces.

This dental care device is really good, and the toothbrush is also good to achieve different cleaning effects. My teeth and mouth definitely feel a lot cleaner and overall this is a very good toothbrush combination that I would be happy to keep in my daily routine and definitely recommend it

Someone had a great idea... if I need to spend 2 minutes brush my teeth, and then another 2 minutes flossing, why not combine the 2 into 1 and save some time and sink countertop space? In theory, this is a win-win. However, it might be because I'm not used to doing both at the same time... it just feels... odd. Like I'm not able to do either one well. In the end, I prefer to use a standalone cordless electric toothbrush, followed by a cordless electric flosser (or just plain old string flosser is something is stuck really tight between the teeth). Price-wise, it doesn't seem like these much saving combining the 2 into one either.

This thing is a total disappointment. When trying to use the flosser, water sprays and drops everywhere. It makes a huge mess. Trouble than it's worth.

This is a great toothbrush and good value for the money. The interchangeable heads are very easy to use. The waterpick feature makes you feel like you just left the dentist. It is very easy to clean and also compact enough to travel with. Great product.

I love when a product solves a problem like this one does. It seems like in order to do a good job of taking care of our teeth we need multiple bulky products. This one eliminated the need for a water flosser as it is a two in one. I also LOVE that the toothbrush can function as a toothbrush or can be used with the water feature for an extra clean. It felt like I had just gone to the dentist after I finished brushing.I will warn you though, it’s so so messy. I’m sure this will get better with practice but oh man, water everywhere. Contributing to the mess was definitely partially a user error on my part. You don’t have to make the same mistake. Make sure you attach the tubing to the toothbrush securely BEFORE you put the water talk where it goes. It will leak out (slowly) onto your counter if it’s not plugged into the toothbrush!Another issue I had was turning on the water mode while brushing and finding the proper setting while the toothbrush was in my mouth. The system is kind of tough to figure out. If it’s not in your mouth, it’s spraying everywhere. But if it’s in your mouth and you’re trying to turn on the water to get it to the correct setting without turning the whole thing off multiple times, it’s difficult and messy. I think I finally got it, but there was a mini flood as a result. Also, I don’t know if this is typical, but I refilled the reservoir twice to get the whole job done.Last thing I’ll mention is that it is fairly heavy and bulky. I’d say that’s pretty common for electric toothbrushes and water flossers though.In summary, it works well and eliminates the need for a water flosser. My teeth felt just out of the dentist clean. However, it’s fairly messy and doesn’t have the most user friendly controls (which undoubtedly adds to the mess).

I use my water flosser daily! My current one recently broke and I was able to order this one. This flosser is pretty slim and doesn’t take up too much room on my countertop, I like that there’s a number of different tips to choose from. The pressure is good, and the machine overall is pretty quiet. The only thing I did not like was the water container doesn’t lock in so it can easily be knocked off the base, which could be really messy if it spilled everywhere.
