I've picked the book up several times and reviewed some info. It's easy to locate and apply. The more consistent and aware I am of implementing these steps, the better I feel! I can control my pain and even prevent it! I couldn't be happier from a book. It addresses an issue that can take joy from your life, and it explains how to bring that joy back.
