Very tasty, will buy again!
This was lovely, so tasty, would definitely buy again. Cooked at 220 fan oven for 25 minutes sitting on a bed of thickly sliced onions with nothing but a sprinkling of salt, then turned down to 170 for 25 minutes. Removed and covered for about 25 minutes while the roasties were crisping YUM. Medium rare, pinker in the middle, obvs. More than enough for two greedy guts x two roast dinners :)

Great meat in the slow cooker, very small compared to image. Should have looked closer. See size compared to eggs.

I fell into the trust the picture trap. It's much smaller than I thought. But that's my fault. It cooks well and tastes good. Perfect for 2-3 people

Four servings is great value
Four servings is great value for the 1.05kg weight - and it does not shrink as much as other joints from other retailers.Always blood-red - a sign of freshness - and with healthy layer of fat (tied on).Roasted (with a knob of lard) on its own for 90 minutes at 160C (with a lid of foil), and then 5 minutes without foil at 180C.Or roasted, studded with garlic cloves, rubbed with black-pepper and chilli flakes for a "hotter" version.And then let it rest on a plate upside down to let the juice filter through the meat. Very lean, and great for sandwiches or just - as slices - as a snack after the gym.
