Q: Does these lashes have a plastic look?

No they look like beautiful mink lashes. Only con is unfortunately my lashes arrived smashed and they were going in different directions. I took the clear plastic off the top for a few days to see if the lashes will straighten out. So hopefully if you order your's they don't arrive smashed. So you can see how beautiful they are.

Q: Does it come with glue?

Sadly it doesn’t come with any :(
