Fits good, but big gap at the top. I just folded it and sewed it in place, no problem.

The plus side first, the fit is as advertised but order a size larger if you want to wash in warm water a put in a dryer. quality of stitching is good. so fit and stitching is a 5. now to the negative, the smell was horrible. I took the hat out of its plastic sealed bag , and the smell was like a combination black-flag bug spray, and kerosene. It was bad, I put it in the washing machine with some work clothes, and did and extra rinse, and that got rid of about 80% of the smell. will wash all over again and that should solve the problem. so keep this in mind when ordering . Hope this is fluke.

They will shrink when you wash them, I recommend getting a couple sizes bigger than you need.They are comfortable

Great cap just make sure you get the right size. Also they shrink about 1/8 when you wash and dry them.

This is a good welding hat that fits perfectly. It says that it's size 71/2 and it fits my size 71/2 perfectly. It looks like good quality the stitching looks good and the sweat band isn't too thick, really comfortable under my welding helmet.

I am sure that I mis measured and the fault is mine but the cap part is about an inch too big all around but the brim is perfect. I will flip the inch over and it will still work so much better than the bandanna s I've been using.

This fits around my head well enough (I have a smaller size head) and doesn't move around under my helmet. Since I have been wearing it I haven't felt a spark in the areas where it is the only protection I have. If you need something cheap, this one works great.

This is the only brand of beanie I use now. Will last for years without falling apart. Seem to run a tad large.
