Within the first few days if taking this product I noticed a boost in my milk supply. I normally have a sensitive gag reflex and had no issues whatsoever with these pills. I also noticed an energy and mood boost after taking them as well. They didn't taste chalky or gross, instead they had a slight licorice flavor to them. Overall a great supplement that works well to boost milk supply.

They've seem to help so.far in just a few days of having it. Which is a good thing! Definitely suggesting these to everyone I know who are low producers.

This product is a life saver! I can't say whether this increased my supply - the day I took it I did have a slight increase in yield.I stopped after 1 day, however, because it gave my baby terrible gas/constipation issues.Fenugreek did the same for me, so if you have issues with fenugreek, I would suggest avoiding this.

Just because this product works for one person, doesn't mean it will work for everyone. I am 9 months pp with baby 2, and my oldest is 2 and a half. I have a low milk supply, I barely made it 3 months with my first, I made it 6 months with my second. This product did help my mood, and did help my sleep (let a be honest though. I sit for too long and I'm asleep so take that with a grain of salt I guess). I did see a little boost on my milk supply, maybe an ounce for the day additional, but nothing to cause an over supply or anything like that. The pills were easy to swallow, didn't have a an after taste, didn't taste like anything either when you took them.
