Great product.
After only 2 weeks of use by a 7 and 8 year old it no longer works correctly. I am 31 days since I received this. My kids had to earn it. So I cannot return. Waiting to hear from sellers. I will update my review when I do.Update: I have changed my rating because the seller got back to me right away with a very simple fix. My kids absolutely love their hover board. We have the 1 with comic print. Here is the simple fix should someone else need it .trying to reset your hoverboard? Here are the instructions:1. Turn off your hoverboard.2. Place your hoverboard on the ground, make sure your hoverboard is not tilting in any direction and calibrate balance in a horizontal level.3. Hold down the power button for at least 20 seconds.4. Power off the hoverboard and turn it back on.

US CUSTOMERS-Make sure the charger fits your outlet
The product seems sturdy but we are unable to use it as the plug for the charger doesn’t line up with outlet in the wall so right now it’s a waste of money. I guess no one knew to send the right type of charger to a US customer.I will not be purchasing again as this is stupid to spend money then turn around and have to find an alternate way to charge it. Absolute BS. If my kid didn’t like the design as much as she does I’d send it back..Update: 6/2020 Vendor was nice to contact me (a few mths back) to send me a replacement adapter which was greatly appreciated. However since we were just going in to COVID-19 pandemic this little charger is gonna have to wait.
