This thing is a godsend! My husband got his first when he got his industrial so I got one for myself when it came time to get my double helix and it works great! Large enough that it doesn't feel awkward to lay on, soft enough to be comfy, firm and thick enough to not flatten your ear into the pillow and the hole is large enough even for our big ears. If you're planning on getting piercings on both sides it MIGHT be better to get the version of this pillow with 2 holes so you don't have to adjust as much, but hubby got a triple helix a few months after his industrial on the opposite ear and it still works wonderfully. He can lay on either ear without pain! I also love that they give you the foam piece to fill in the hole once you're done using it as a piercing pillow. I think these will be great to use on road trips

This pillow solved a very specific problem for me. I sleep with AirPods Pro in, and they normally press into my ear and become uncomfortable. This pillow allows your ear to sit in the cutout so there’s no pressure at all. It’s been great for side sleeping and makes it much more comfortable to sleep with earbuds in. Simple design, but it works exactly as intended. If you sleep on your side and use earbuds or have ear sensitivity, this is absolutely worth it.

This pillow looked like it was going to be a game changer. The memory foam material and cover are so comfortable. The ear hole design is a game changer for sure!! Unfortunately the pillow was way too tall for me to comfortably sleep on while side sleeping. My neck hurt a lot trying to lift my head high enough to reach the ear hole. Very disappointing to get such an awesome pillow and find out it’s not the right fit for me. I will be ordering the larger lower profile pillow though because this ear hole is amazing for side sleepers with new piercings. It is still a quality product just not the right fit for me.

Great for healing ears and still comfortable.

To be honest, I am kind of disappointed with this pillow. I received this pillow on Saturday and let it sit for 48 hours as instructed to allow the memory foam to expand into shape. Monday was the first night I slept on it and it was very uncomfortable. The memory foam is too firm, I am hoping with time this will soften. The space between the opening for the ear and the edge for your shoulder is too wide. I found because the memory foam is too firm, this space doesn't contour to my neck/shoulder and pushed the base of my ear upward creating pressure and eventually pain. I continued to use this pillow each night for a total of three nights now and the foam hasn't begun to soften at all. The height of the pillow is perfect, I feel like my spine is aligned and haven't woken up with neck pain which is a huge win. This pillow has the potential to be great, just needs some fine tuning from the manufacturer.

I bought this pillow before I got my third lobe piercings and cartilage pierced on both ears. The hole in this pillow is the perfect size to fit your ear while side-sleeping, making it easy to sleep, and taking the pressure off of my piercings. This made healing much easier and much less painful. This pillow is decently firm, but almost memory-foam like in its texture. The outer case is removable and machine washable (gentle cycle). The case is very easy to put back on. Overall this is an excellent pillow, Im still continuing to use it even after my piercings have fully healed. 10/10 would highly recommend!

This pillow SUCKS. I ordered this back in September and it's been great until it decided to SPLIT IN HALF. Nothing happened to it! I was using it normally and woke up to it being split in two! I'm also a very still sleeper so it's not like I was tossing and turning on it! It is SUPER weak to have split after only a few months and I wish I could get my money back.

Let me just start by saying this pillow is fantastic! This is a game changer for sure with people who have multiple piercings and sleep on sides. I toss and turn in my sleep and for the life of me cannot sleep on my back during the healing period. This pillow has allowed me to maintain good sleep through the night and not irritate my healing piercings. The pillow comes with a cover that allows for frequent washing (a must during the several month healing period) and is easy to get on and off. The only drawback is the length of this pillow. It is not well suited for larger individuals such as myself with a cantelope head. For smaller heads and women it is perfect size! For the larger bros, Blissburry makes a larger regular sized pillow with two holes. All in all it’s a great product and worth the money. My last point is the ear hole itself. The pillowcase and the pillow are designed to make the hole a deep pocket, meaning that there’s no empty bottom to allow for other bacteria or fabrics to catch and snag your earrings. Doesn’t sound at first like it would make a difference but goodness it sure does! I started with a travel pillow and then a donut shaped one. This little pocket design works the best with the memory foam.

The moment I received it I could not wait to use it as I have been experiencing ear pain for some time now. Last night was the best night's sleep I've had in a long time. Pillow very comfortable and supportive. Would definitely recommend to anyone who has ear pain.
