Excellent
Excellent pack. No shortage of pockets, quiet, felt-like material. Great value for the price

Great Bag
23 year old son loves this bag, and says it's excellent quality, as well as laid out and constructed well.

Best value out there
I’ve always been partial to my US military large, and medium three day combat packs as the best deals out there but I think this pack may surpass them. About the same size as the medium pack and not as “modular” with all the molle’s, it is none the less very thought out - pockets, waterproof clear attached pouch, quick zippers (most double), straps, waist belt pockets, attached rain fly, and bow/rifle pocket - even the chest strap slides up and down on sewn seam piping. Many features found on much more expensive packs. I hunt with Real Tree stuff and this matches my Allen Bino/range finder chest pack perfectly (same soft edge material - super quiet). Even had built in Velcro strap for a for a fire arm that fit my Bow Spider perfectly.

Amazing, comfortable, pack for the price
I just got the pack and tried it on. Just cinching it up and walking around with it I was incredibly impressed at how it was just as comfortable as my $400 Badlands pack.Features include a gun boot, two spacious side pockets to carry a tripod and a fold up hunting stool and plenty of space inside to carry whatever you need out in the field. The one thing that this doesn't have (and if this was my main backpack it would be a deal breaker) is a meat shelf. My Badlands pack has an external vinyl flap that rolls out and acts as a lightweight stow-away meat shelf. If this pack had that it would be a good budget Western deer and antelope pack, or allow you to carry an elk quarter.I'm going to play with the idea of trying to add a meat shelf with some vinyl and straps and make a really decent budget pack for my kids.Overall for $70 I think you get more than what you pay for with this pack however. I'm extremely impressed

It’s not 100% waterproof
On my latest hunt I tripped crossing a creek, the bottom of the bag isn’t waterproof but the top is? Doesn't make sense to me why that would be. Other than that it’s a fine hunting pack, I could do without the back frame which I took off right away.

Solid for the $ perfect hunting pack
This pack is awesome,I've always used tactical packs for my hunting pack and i finally bought one that can hold my bow and rifle.this thing is awesome, the waterproof cover does work,I hose tested it lol.im not someone who promotes products like that but for the price you cant beat this thing.very comfortable, holds weight well,if you know how to pack right you can easily get everything you need to hunker down in the woods in this thin, also the camo matches all my gear which in my opinion is very helpful.definetly a good gift for the outdoorsman in your family.my only qualm is the zippers stick a little but I'm guessing that's probably just cause of the how its packaged and growing pains.other then that tiny tiny problem I'll be buying another one for my stepson

Great backpack for the price.
Tried another backpack before the TR. By far for price, quality exterior, pockets and convenient carrying straps and zippers it is a great buy. I deer hunt and this has what I was looking for in a backpack. Large enough but not overly bulky for hunting.

VERY WELL MADE!
We were looking for an affordable hunting backpack for our teenage son that was like the one my hubs had that he bought 20 years ago at Cabela's, but to no avail. We searched all the big hunting stores nearby. This one got great reviews so we gave it a try. It's fantastic, and nearly identical. Well worth the $$. You won't be disappointed!
