I can't imagine using it on a toddler but it fitted my petite 6 yr old ok. The weight of the visor would probably make it slide off a younger child, but I can get my 6 yr old to hold it. It's very fiddly to fit and the clip is flimsy and gets stuck easily, it took about 10-15 mins of adjusting to get it around her head tightly and it was at it's tightest setting so would be too big on anyone smaller. The rubber straps cause hair to stick to them so that was also fiddly and uncomfortable but it will probably work for us.

Then sadly the strength of the doing up bit stretched so was too baggy even on the tightest pull

This is a poor product the front is two heavy so it just falls down and doesn't keep the water from getting in your child's eyes
