We had a bidet some years ago and had it taken out in a refurb, it was a separate bowl, more of a lady thing. Now after seeing this Lux bidet I thought it was time to give it a go.Lets get the Cons out of the way, I live in the UK and this is made for the North American market, it's designed to fit the toilet on the left as you look at it. UK toilets are plumed on the right so you will need an extension flexi pipe for a start. Also the Tee fitting that fits under the toilet is a 7/8" (22mm) UK is 1/2" (15mm) I bought a 15mm three way equal Tee compression fitting and plumed it in front of the isolating valve. A trip down to your local plumb centre were they will help is all that's needed. Now for the pros, I'm a convert, I bit the bullet and gave it a go and I can honestly say there's no going back. I'm what some would call an old bloke (68) but I wished I'd discovered this sooner. The argument of what would you do if you got poo in your arm, wipe it off or wash it off, was a no brainer for me. I've used it a few time now and it's really easy, give it a go, you wont be disappointed. I'd also like to say I don't usually right reviews but have been so pleased with this that I felt compelled.

Easy to install although the toilet seat needed spaces underneath to raise it off the bowl. It is an American product but easily adapted for UK. Very reasonably priced and very effective in use. Very pleased with this attachment. Ideal for smaller bathrooms where there is no room to install a separate bidet. Brilliant little invention.

Having used these “on toilet “ bidets on a recent trip to the states I was convinced that they were a good idea and couldn’t wait to have one at home in UK.The Neo 120 arrived promptly. On inspection it became obvious that we couldn’t fit it ourselves and it has required two visits from a qualified plumber to install it. The fittings did not fit the ones on the water supply to our toilet.The plumber had to cut into boxing over the mains water pipe to attach connections to make it fit.It’s working as intended and I am happy with it.

Cannot speak highly enough about this item. Excellent value for money. Perfect for anyone, but very useful if you have any mobility/bad back issues.. We did have a couple of problems with the fitting but that was really our fault. (The fixings are U.S.) We put this in a small cloakroom toilet but if I was re-doing my bathroom I would definitely install another, but with the hot and cold fittings.

There are 2 main issues:1- the device is not easy to install. I had to make extra purchases in order to make it work. Specifically the threads are not compatible with the UK standards and I had to order 20mm threads separately2- the water pressure is too much even at starting level. I don’t think we even need the maximum pressure as it can hurt you!

I tried this in 3 different standard toiltes you get in UK. It fits none. It also does not fit where you have a easy release toilet seats. DO NOT BUY for UK.

Washing has never been easier. No more rubbing it in with toilet paper, more like washing it off!

Whilst fitting isn't that complicated, the unit doesn't come with standard UK size fittings, so you need to buy your own to make this work. Also, on my toilet, the adjustment to position the unit wasn't sufficient to allow the nozzle to clear the edge of the pan, so I had to cut the mounts slightly to allow it to operate.
