Anxiety Necklace, Breathing Necklace (RoseGold)

This really helps. At first I wasn’t sure what to expect so I think I was a little anxious if I would actually notice some thing and what that would be like. So then I did the breathing exercise again and I noticed a step down of anxiety, so I did it again and again, and each time I noticed my anxiety level had significantly decreased and then leveled out, and I could feel the difference in my whole body. I have gifted similar ones to friends and family who all say it is helping them with anxiety as well as with assistance in their efforts to stop smoking and vaping. For young children, it gives them something physical to help them do something very practical. They think these look cool and can use it anywhere in school or on the playground etc.

The media could not be loaded.  This is exactly what I was looking for! I didn’t want anything that made any kind of noise or tone. I wanted small and elegant but practical! I love the little fidget spinner part on it. I didn’t take pictures but the packaging was very nice.The only complaints I do have as of not is the quality of the chain. It just feels like it may break, but we will see! The other one is that I though this was gold but it’s closer to rose gold which may be in the description and I just didn’t read close enough. All in all I would buy this one again if I lost it or needed a gift for a friend!

I love everything about it. It’s actually a really cute necklace by itself, but I also love that it reminds me to take deep breaths throughout the day! It’s helped me to quit vaping. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because I ordered one for my sister and her fidget piece didn’t work

This is a really lovely necklace I’m not sure it’s practical. Germs? How often do you plan on washing it.

I have had this item for a little over two months now. It hasn’t tarnished at all, and is exactly as pictured. I saw people complain about the chain but Ive had no issues. It doesn’t snag on my hair, and it has held up all this time. I can’t vouch for the breathing method releasing anxiety but it is something that has helped me in my transition to being smoke free, in that it keeps my hands and mouth busy. Just having it gripped between my lips helps, and the breathing method is my habit to replace smoking.

Didn’t come in a box only a bubble shipping bag it was all tangled took forever to untangle. Pretty but very cheap made.

Do not recommend. Tarnished already after 1-2months, air tastes metallic. Did not use as much as would have liked due to this.

My sister who is trying to quit smoking loved this. The fidget ring around meditative breathing device are both helpful. And it looks great.

Was too short couldn’t easily lift to lips as uncomfortable

No real resistance when inhaling, felt more like a straw than anything.Not really worth the money.

Product shipped fast and works great.. it did look a little nicer in the photo but its still very nice and hopefully will help me keep calm at work when im anxious
