So, like many of us, I occasionally receive offers to write a review for a product in exchange for some reward. With just about all, I throw them in the trash. But with this, I've decided to write a review because this product is actually worth writing about!I've had about six or seven different "foam"-type pillows in the past ten years, and they're all about the same, as far as I'm concerned. They all do their jobs, but nothing exceptional--except for this one. I don't know if it's that it's a bit thicker than the others (so a deeper "sinking into" feeling), or if it's the shape of things, but I actually end up having a deeper sleep when I use this pillow. It's not only palpable in experience, but my sleep tracker also confirms this as a fact.I even go back and forth with another foam pillow to confirm this, and I get the same result consistently.Although this pillow might be designed for people who sleep on their backs, I'm mostly a side sleeper, and it works great for me. But the 10 - 20% of the time I do sleep on my back, it works great also.It's hard to describe exactly how it supports a deeper sleep, but it just feels very snug. Like your head is sinking into the softest of cradles. Or something like that!This is probably 1 in 50 or so products I would recommend on amazon. lol.

I couldn’t seem to get a good night’s sleep because pillows have been so uncomfortable over the past 8 years or so. I even went to the extent of buying one of every pillow offered by IKEA hoping to find the one that would make a difference for me, but none did. I sleep on my side, back, & stomach so I thought I’d try the Groye Adjustable Neck Pillow because of it’s versatility, and because it indicated it was a cooler material. (Sweating all night on memory foam is unpleasant!). After the first night with my new Groye pillow I realized I’d actually slept restfully. They said to try it for a couple weeks. I expected it to quickly become as uncomfortable as the other pillows I’d tried but I still love it. When I lay on my back, there’s a little elevated wing that sticks out on each side & my shoulders fit right under it. I don’t know why, but it just feels really comfy with that little shoulder hug. It’s very comfortable when sleeping on my side as well. In addition, the company explains how to remove a section if you need the pillow to be lower or to add a section if more height is needed. I’ve now purchased three Groye Adjustable Neck pillows so I can keep them in various rooms because I like them so much.

This pillow alleviated my neck and shoulder pain while sleeping. I've tried a few other pillows that are meant for back and side sleepers but since I sleep in all ways (back, side, and stomach) they weren't working when I switched positions. This pillow is great for all the ways I sleep expect on my stomach. It's especially great for when I sleep on my back. The indent makes it feel like it soothes and aligns my spine. Sleeping on my side with this pillow is nice because the thickness of the pillow varies (and has a slope) so I can find the spot that is just right for me. I don't sleep on my stomach too much but when I do I find that I sleep on my arms or under the pillow. Sometimes I'll lay on the corner of the pillow and it works out for stomach sleeping. Overall best pillow I've used so far.

I bought this pillow thinking it would not be very supportive or helpful, but it has massively improved my sleep in so many ways! I am moving around way less in my sleep, and I don’t wake up with neck pain like I did previously. The pillow supports me when I sleep on my back and the raised sides are perfect for when I sleep on my side. Turning it around has allowed for me to sleep on my stomach, too. The pillow is cooling and I have not found it to be too hot. The only problem has been that I put a satin pillowcase over it (to help my curls while I sleep) and it sometimes slips off the pillow because the cover on it is really slippery. Ha! Small price to pay for a good night’s sleep.

This is the FIRST pillow I've found that provides the neck support I've been seeking. And the pillow doesn't go flat! (I had one of those pillows that claimed 'not to go flat'...but it did.) I'm a side sleeper and also a back sleeper. THIS pillow provides support for BOTH -- keeping my spine in alignment. I'm 59 and was diagnosed with osteoporosis, and have a bit of arthritis in my neck. I am grateful to have found a pillow that truly provides neck support/keeps my spine in alignment - and a good night's rest. It took only a couple of nights for me to 'get used to' the pillow design. SO glad I found this pillow. Highly recommend to give it a try.
