Good size, easy to swallow, no aftertaste. After a few days they seem to have had an affect on mood.

I chose this to help me improve my concentration. After my baby is born, I'm so distant with my thoughts that I believe it helps me stay focused. It is easy to swallow, tasteless and fir great value for money.

Vegan vitamin supplements. Easy enough to swallow. Hope to see health benefits too.

These seem to have a combination of ingredients that are said to help with with memory and concentration. My life is slightly stressful at the moment and I am not sleeping very well so hoping these help on those days when I am not feeling my best. Haven't seem much difference as yet but I have only been taking them for a week. But hoping to see some impressment soon

I have ADHD, and although I'm medicated for it I still get a lot of days of brain fog and letheragy. Taking these actually helped my mood quite a bit. I found myself to be a buit less irritable, and more engaged, in a way that the meds don't seem to help with, so overall I think these are pretty good.They are a little pricey however, and the tablets are massive, making swallowing one a bit of a challenge. Otherwise, I'd say give them a go, you might find they help a bit!

These supplements have really good ingredients that are well balanced for your daily needs.For example, L-Tyrosine which is an essential component for the production of neurotransmitters, L-tryptophan which is essential to make proteins and is not made by the body, so it has to be consumed through diet/supplements, and so many other essential and non essential amino acids, vitamins and minerals, this could almost serve as a multi-vitamin but for brain and basic function health.Depending on your current diet you might see an immediate improvement or changes might be slow. I have definitely noticed less brain fog and the ability to focus better, it has not been a miracle supplement but the ingredient list gives me full confidence in the product that with continued use there will be more positive changes.The pills are on the larger size so some people might find these difficult to swallow, but you can easily crack them in half if that's the case.

Tables are big but still managed to swallow them just fine,using them for 2 weeks I have to say what I notice is that I sleep much better which is very good
