when buying Latex mattress it is better to look out for Natural Latex..very important...i have used this product from RUSSO for the last 18 months or so..it is perfect ...good support and very sturdy ...very very comfortable sleep...healthy product...Natural Latex hence expensive but GENUINE...My feedback will be if RUSSO can introduce Exchange OFfers then their products..will sell more too...

We tried quite a few latex mattresses, given that we need a mattress to support both back pain issues and normal sleep. Found this to be of the best quality. Usually latex ticks a lot of boxes in the health column, so we decided to go for a full latex mattress. But there are plenty of options available and it gets a bit overwhelming to choose. We tried few other brands of full latex mattresses as their delivery seemed faster and they did have good reviews too but returned them and ended up purchasing a second set from Russo. And Mr Shaurya was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining a lot of things, irrespective of the current purchase. Hats off to him and the brand Russo!

I’m writing after almost three months of use. I’ve taken the time to do this now as I hope it helps other customers looking for something good for their families. We had done a lot of research, and it was clear that anything other than a Pure Natural Latex mattress was a compromise. We didn’t want mattresses that had chemicals in them as the smell means they’ll be breathing them in. Besides, almost one third of our kids’ days are spent in close contact with their mattress: so cost wasn’t such a deterrent. We also thought we’d get one for ourselves after experiencing what his was like. His mattress was 25ILD and honestly, I found it a bit too soft for my linking-however he is slim and he found it really cosy and comfy. We then approached Russo directly and I explained to Mr Shaurya my feelings about the 25ILD and asked if they could do a higher density for our Queen bed. As one can never be sure how it’s going to turn out till you actually sit on it, he suggested a combo of 2 layers: 2 inches of 27ILD and 4 inches 29ILD. That way we could always flip it if we found the 29ILD too hard. We went ahead and ordered it from them direct. It was fantastic: I loved the 29 side. Not too hard, not too soft. Good support. My wife prefers the 27 side- so you can imagine which side gets used most! Anyways, so now we had 25, 27 and 29 at home- now it was our teenage daughter’s turn to choose- after agonising over the fine differences, she went with a full 6” 27ILD. And she loves it! So we’re all sleeping really really well. No niggling aches in the morning. All Thanks to Russo latex mattresses and Shaurya’s connecting with me so warmly through the whole process…we’re like a little Russo family now!

Seller is very kind and nice to shop with him. The mattress is awesome and very comfortable for my spine. I am a paraplegic person and stays most of the time on bed. So, I bought this mattress on Amazon for affordable price. If any elderly or bedridden people, go for it. Moreover the Latex and pinhole will keep your body cool. High price for an average mattress that's available with other major brands at less than 50% of the cost. Cant verify the quality of Latex but the mattress doesn't feel premium for the price. The seller was kind enough to call and confirm the mattress cover and for any modification.

Full bed is made of Single Rubber material, So we can use both the sides of bed as the time goes on.....It's cool and fit the expectations.....

The mattress is very comfortable and matches the specifications perfectly. The supplier is very helpful. The overall experience was great. Would definitely recommend.
