I wanted to buy a cheap gaming pc for me as a beginner but when I found this I thought it was a scam but then I realised that I'm on amazon not ebay abs bought it then when it arrived I was mind blown

This arrived today (friday) after i put in my microsoft details, i then loaded a game i bought from steam, the game loaded ok, but when i tried to play it..it was slower than slow motion, it took me ages to turn off the game as the mouse was so hard to control, the music and the talking seemed fine, the game was only 13gb.Is there any software you can give me to help this fault?
