A very sharp set of Cangshan L1 Series 7-Piece Cleaver Knife
These knives are very sharp. These 7 pieces knives are of German make and very good. They look knice, cut nice and feel good. I have never bought knives like there. When I saw it in my sister-in-law's house, I was determined, I should get it and immediately ordered. When it arrived on time, I was surprised to see it sharpness. The first time my wife was scared to use it because of its sharpness. It comes with a sharpness and the price is very reasonable compare to other knife I purchased from Costco

Well made and sharp
This set is very beautiful and it is well crafted. Blades are very sharp. I do clean them after each use immediately as suggested by the instructions and other users to keep the blades looking good.

Very good quality
I bought this set for my self 2-3 months ago and so far it has been awesome, I just wish I could have chosen the knifes in the set because I have no use for the bread cutter and also I don’t like the serrated small knife in the set and if I could exchange them for any other kind of knife I would have

Handles were cracked
This is my second order of the L Series knives from Cangshan. And both sets the handles were cracked. And for some reason, these have to go direct to the manufacturer, which means I Dig up a box or pay UPS extra to return it. Not cool.

Quality Control Needs Improvement
I was super excited to receive this beautiful cleaver set, the blades and handles are so elegant. But to my disappointment my vegetable cleaver and santoku had cracks in the plastic handle cover. Though they are small, I am very concerned that these will propagate over time. Furthermore, several of the crests are discolored and scratched, this feels like a used set. Either way, not a great first impression. I wish I could just get these two knives replaced instead of having to return the whole set…
