Cheating item .lost money
The media could not be loaded. Out of the 13 diya lamps received ,only 6 are working..one has internal parts seen outside.I opened it late only.so couldnot return..I lost my money..First time an Amaazone-packed item so bad..Please help me to return.Otherwise I will close the app will not buy anything from Amazone

A good product; but poor packing
Of the 12 pieces, I ordered, I received the total number of pieces in 2 boxes. However, as many as seven pieces have the batteries inside were loose and floating within its enclosures. Result these seven pieces do not work. I could use only 5 pieces. Though I wanted to order for my friends and relatives as a gift item, i changed my mind and decided not to buy this item. The solution to this issue shall be to make the box with compartments and top cover against any possible displacement during shipment. At the end of the day, a good innovative product, looses its market due to very poor packing to save a few ₹. True example of "Penny wise Pounds foolish "

Not satisfied. But lighting so dull. Bulb size increase
No sufficient lighting. Why I bought this powercut time it will be useful. Bulb size increase. Battery capacity also increase. It will be useful in diwali and also useful in power cut time.

Kindly dont return if not glowing.
I saw many videos saying that lamp is not glowing getting sound while shaking. It very simple to fix it. Using a safety pin remove the top lid , and fix the batteries it glows in best way.Today i bought 12 deepam and only 5 was working, others i fixed battery now its perfect.Incase batteries missing u may return or give low stars but while shipping batteries are coming out , so kindly check it.

Of the 12 pieces that I had ordered only two were functioning and the rest 10 did not light upone of the functioning diya continued to remain "ON" even without water and turned off after 15 mins of removing the water. So I am placing a return request for the product
