Definitely different colour from pictures
There are instructions inside that tells you to insert balloons into others to make different colours, doesn’t tell you what colours or how to do it.The colours are brighter and shinier - definitely nowhere near matte as in the pictures.Don’t underestimate the size of the balloons either, some of them are massive. If it’s for a smaller space these balloons wouldn’t work
