High Protein Pasta Sample Pack (4 Single Servings)-Low Carb,High Protein,Plant Based

I am a huge fan of pasta; regular pasta. I’m a pasta snob. However, I am one of the “lucky” few who has gestational diabetes with pregnancy and I needed to find a better alternative to pasta. High protein pasta fits the bill for keeping blood sugars low, but unfortunately this pasta is terrible. From texture to taste. Even when paired with a chunky garlic marinara sauce, the attributes of the pasta come through. The pasta itself is very rubbery; there’s no soft “squish” texture like a regular noodle.I will suffer through the two sets of pasta that I purchased because I don’t believe in returning food, but gosh I hope the company finds a better way to make a more realistic texture to this pasta.

These have great ingredients and are high in protein. I've tried them in a few different meals. They come in different shapes and taste good but have a more dense consistency which takes a little getting used to. I found hem to taste better in a meaty spaghetti sauce. Quick to cook but I'm not sure if I would purchase again. I do like the protein content though.

I absolutely love this pasta!! I have had multiple “high protein” pastas but this one definitely wins! It has the best taste and texture compared to the others I’ve had. Even my kids love it! My son has type 1 diabetes and this is also the only pasta that doesn’t spike his blood sugars! It’s simply the best!! I highly recommend it!

This pasta was chewy and had a bad taste for my personal taste unfortunately and would not purchase again.

I read the previous comment and thought well everyone’s taste is different. True it is but I think we all think this was a bad idea ! The only benefit is the amount of protein u get so I forced it down fear factor style lol
