This liner is soft enough to apply and it stays put
I like the application of this Estee Lauder liner. Its soft enough for regular lining and even the waterline.It stays on throughout the day without smudging.It was hard to sharpen so I bought a makeup pencil sharpener for it and it works fine.This is my favorite eyeliner.

It’s okay
Price for the quality. They used to make the refillable eyeliner. This doesn’t match up. Plus is smears easy.

Huge disappointment
Had problem applying as gel just broke into little pieces with the lightest touch. Pencil wasn't even kept in warm environment. Bought in April, 2024 & just started using. Good color, Difficult to sharpen. It is waterproof but is crumbly.

I like how easy it is to apply to my eyes and that it really has staying power. Also, the color is perfect for my dark brown eyes.

Totally useless eye pencil.
Save your money on this. It comes from the US and the return cost is absurd.While I highly value Estée Lauder products, this one is a disappointment.THERE ISNT ANY PENCIL SHARPENING TOOL. The packaging was skimpy as well.THIS IS NOT A GOOD PRODUCT! The most important thing to remember is that there isn’t a sharpener that will fit for this costly eye pencil.I tried many, the dimension of the pencil doesn’t fit into any, I repeat any, pencil sharpener.In total frustration, I went to the P.O to return it and discovered that the price of returning the pencil would be absurd.Do yourself a favour and if you’re buying a great eye pencil, go with Christian Dior. It comes with its sharpener.
