I used this for cooking fillet steaksThe pan was misleading and was at an inadequate depth to cover the steaks with the lid.

Alot smaller than & shallow than thought, go for a bigger griddle pan.

When I received the product I thought it was something else, I was surprised at how little space it took up. The reason is that it comes unassembled. On one side we have the frying pan, the knob and a screw, which we have to assemble. On the other side we have the lid, for which we will find a flat glass, another knob and its screw, which we will have to assemble again. For the frying pan there is a spare screw, I suppose that as it weighs more they assume that it will be more likely to get damaged. Silicone clip and a brush are also included, along with instructions that could be better translated..... Maintenance of the frying pan is fairly standard.The pan is quite small, more like 18*18cm than the 21cm indicated. But well, it should fit a steak.The lid is flat, so the liquid won't slide off and if we put it on the table it will touch the whole surface. It doesn't have any protection around it either, so we have to be careful with the impacts and not to scratch the frying pan.The design is nice, at least different from the usual black frying pan. On the opposite side to the handle there is a silicone protrusion, I suppose to hold the frying pan in place if the food is too heavy. I wouldn't risk holding it there, it's too small and the metal next to it will be very hot.The non-stick coating works well at first, although it's not perfect. We'll have to see how long it lasts, so far no complaints in this aspect.

Overall it's a good griddle pan and works just fine. It's easy to clean and nothing sticks to it.The lid is great but there's no way I can use it with burgers or steaks as they're too tall and the lid would touch the food.I think it's a good deal overall.

Little griddle pan that requires some self-assembly (ie screw the handle on the pan and knob on the lid) on receipt. All parts were well protected in the box with card sleeves.Used the day I received it to cook some salmon fillets, and I have to report it did that very well, and was easy to wipe clean afterwards. The handle (wooden) doesn’t get warm at all.My ‘one-star off’ gripe is that the lid is perfectly flat, so when it is on the pan you have no room for anything other than a medium burger or pieces of bacon - certainly nothing like a juicy steak or thick piece of fish.So, as an ‘open’ grill pan it is is brilliant, especially if you’re only cooking for one or two, but as a lidded pan it is very limited.The sprung tongs and little plastic brush are useful additions to the kit

It's a sturdy pan with a good weight. The glass lid included is also a nice touch. It's very small so you're only going to be able to cook one steak in it. For this price I would have expected a larger size. Good for affluent bachelors. Not so much for larger families.

I was looking for a small griddle pan as the one I have is too big for only one person and this pan is just perfect for that.Lovely design, white colour. Non stick coating works well.Glass lid included.Good value for money
