Nice book for the newbie. After canning for over 50 years, this was what I already knew.

Saw a few reviews with complaints about the printing. My book was just fine. Would recommend!

Nice but seems like it might come apart after awhile. Worth getting the spiral bound version.

It's much easier to have a current reference book instead of constantly looking things up online. Worth the money.

I have this in digital form, but I also wanted it in book form, its a great and quick reference to look things up on. For someone who is just starting to can food its easy to follow and gives a lot of good information.

Directions for canning a lot of vegetables and fruits, pickles. etc. Directions on how can properly.

I like the fact that I have it on my table but I still would have liked the hard copy. Price difference made my decision.
