Claim that the metal fixings would not leak was correct. However, the plastic hose head began leaking badly after less than a year and can not be replaced so I've had to throw the whole thing away. Zero score for sustainability. Avoid.

Love this product! The only reason I’ve given 4/5 instead of 5/5 is because it doesn’t quite reach the maximum of 150 foot for me, maybe someone a bit stronger could but I feel like I’m over-stretching it. My garden is 152 foot but I only need it to reach my vegetable patches at around 140 foot and it can do that and the spray goes far so I can stand comfortably at around 135 foot to water it on shower mode. I have a swing right at the back of the garden and it can reach that on a different setting too. I like the amount of settings this hose has. The brass fittings are great and it fitted my outside tap easily. Overall a fantastic product and my neighbour has shown interest in getting one too. It is heavy to gather up and store back by my tap, but I’m not really surprised at that because of the size. While using it does not feel heavy. It holds a lot of water after turning the tap off but I just turn the tap off when I’m nearly finished watering my garden and use the remaining water to empty it out. It seems a very well made product and I think it will last a long time. Much better than the normal plastic hoses I’ve had in the past which don’t seem to last at all.

Slightly pricey. But good product. Unfortunately, as they described, it does not expand to 3 times, may be twice and a bit. Other than that , it is ok, the brass fittings are good. It did not come with any details or description to read. If one is buying for the first time, might find it difficult to understand. However, as it dose not expand to 3 times, and my garden is too big , could I request the suppliers to give me a reduced price for the next size of 150 feet, if I order. Could they come back to me please, so that I can order. If there is no reduction, then I will have to look for elsewhere. Thanks. Dr. VM (Venk.)

I needed a long hose as I live in an upstairs Maisonette and my water tap is under the sink as I don't have an outside one. Well it has transformed lots of chores for me can now reach all my garden and can even reach my car to give it a wash. I have had the hose for a week now and it is sturdy and well made. Love it. It even came 2 days early.

After my last flexible hose exploded in my face and soaked me, I wanted something a bit more substantial and this is it – industrial strength and excellent value considering it has reinforced metal fittings and comes with a spray attachment, too. Very pleased… assuming it doesn't do what the last (more expensive) one did!

Arrived ahead of initial estimated schedule despite being in Covid-19 lockdown. As described, very light. Fits securely to tap and other end attached firmly. So much easier than our old solid plastic hose. Am being careful not to drag it around corners etc to protect durability but seems fine. would definitely recommend!

Bought it for my mum as her old reel hose was too heavy for her. She is over the moon with it, it is a great bit of kit, great customer service too, I emailed with a query over the fitting of the spray gun and got a helpful reply straight away, quality.
