UPDATE:The company reached out to me after seeing my review and took care of my concerns. With this level of customer service, I updated the review to 5 stars since the product works as expected.I received my tube of this product and after removing from the box, I squeezed the tube and only got air. I then turned the tube on its side and squeezed and still just air. I turned it upside down and still no product. I had to shake the tube a couple times to finally get some product to come out. THe tube feels light as well, like it's only half full.The product itself seems to be working after only a couple days of use. I see a difference for my acne scars. Not a bad smell and it rubs in well with no aggravation. Just too bad that the tube felt to be half full.I give the product 4 stars, and 2 stars for being half full, so an average of 3 stars overall.

The box was opened and the tube is not even close to full there’s probably a quarter of what is supposed to be in there. Not cool!! I won’t buy again unless it shows outstanding results.

My tube was definitely not completely full, that’s on me though, because I saw the reviews from others complaining about the same thing when they purchased it. So I knew the risk going in. But all the positive feedback made me want to try it anyway. I think it’s helping, but I haven’t been able to use it long enough before running out to see a true difference. I’m thinking of trying it again, just to see if I can continue to see a real improvement.

Skin imporved greatly after 60 days of usage. My old acne scars are more smooth and the new ones are nos dark sports anymore

I'm sorry this product didn't work for me " possibly because it doesn't work or because my face is so screwed up..
