I’ve only used this for extra energy boost before long runs and a couple of cycling trips so don’t know if it is also good for gym workout but for me it works great!! Very pleased with the effects, I can feel the difference especially my post run recovery is much faster. Also no feeling of itching in my arms and shins like I get with many preworkouts which I guess is from beta alanine in those.I’ve noticed it is important to remember to take this one quite a bit beforehand, it says 1 to 1,5 hours on the packet but for me even 2 hours before is best.Taste is a bit strong, as expected with any amino acid bcaa powders. I actually don’t mind it, quite like it as it is but my running partner prefers to mix it in orange juice or mango or similar. I also love that I can pop sachets in my bag when visiting family over the weekend and will be def taking some with me on trips abroad!!

Tastes disgusting.
With no real directions, I made this sachet up with water and it tasted vile. The after taste was even worse. Maybe I made it up wrong but it made me feel very nauseous
