I liked the idea for this book, however the main character was very unlikable and made strange decisions that I didn't understand. Most of the characters were unrealistic or exaggerated. I did like the scientific aspects of the book, though at times it got complicated and I had to re-read parts. The quality of writing was poor in some parts and was lacking in descriptions. I think younger readers would find this book more enjoyable.

Was alright some bits were a bit boring but others were really good. I would recommend it to anyone who likes a bit of fantasy and action but doesn't mind reading through the boring bits to get the detail

This is a great read, full of well thought out characters put into unthinkable situations living on the run not knowing who they can trust. I can't wIt to read more. A great read well recommended.

This book is a Sci Fi lovers dream it had everything. I love the characters they are all very well written and realistic, the story is set in modern day so that helps with the overall believablityThe start of the story is a little slow for me but once it picked up I couldn't put it down. Action filled the pages with romance intertwined with genetic mutations.I love the chemistry between Sam and Erik.
