They don’t seem to last very long but it’s cheap and very easy to install. I bought another one as a back up. It’s embarrassing when your steps go out!

exact replacement for my Kwikee series 28 step. It bolted on in 5 minutes, re-using the gear and screws from the original. My step works again! Note - no screws were shipped with the unit.

The bolts that come with the motor are too long. They jam on gear, use the original ones, or cut them a little shorter.

Repaired non-operating motorhome steps. Very economical. Everything is included for complete replacement.

Worked perfectly

The shaft that fits inside the drive gear had to be filed to remove a few thousandths off the overall dimension in order for it to fit in the original 34-series gearbox's drive-gear. After filing, this item bolted directly into the factory location with the original bolts and works as expected. Giving 3 stars because I had to disassemble the unit, remove the drive shaft by taking out the c-clip retainer and put the shaft in a vice so I could file it. The original motor's drive shaft and gear do not fit this motor. The tolerances were close enough that I might have been able to hammer it in if I were out on the road but just beware.
