Very expensive clamp at £22 per unit! Identical looking ones can be ordered for a quarter of that price so I was expecting some outstanding quality here.Yes, it is very heavy and solid piece of steel, large decent screws and looks like it will definitely do the job as almost all of our glass panels are slipping in the current clamps so need some support from underneath. We had to temporarily use bits of wood on some to separate them from sitting on concrete and also prevent any of the ones that didn’t slip yet from potentially doing so and cracking and costing us a lot more money to fix.However, the inside rubber doesn’t seem like rubber at all.It is hard, flimsy and not well fitting bit of plastic at all. It put us off installing it for now and we’re thinking of getting some rubber ourselves to use in that space instead.Maybe even order those which are a quarter of the price and compare directly before committing.Due to that, I can’t honestly recommend this, such a shame!

This has good and bad points, I'll list them to help you form your own opinion.Positives - This appears to be a strong, well built piece of stainless steel that will support heavy weight. It comes with 2 high quality stainless steel grub screws (10mm).Negatives - The outside finish is inconsistent with some parts polished smooth and others showing clear tool marks from the machining process. The plastic inner to protect the glass feels cheap and flimsy, and I don't feel it would last. The plastic inner is also shorter than the outside body (see picture) which doesn't look great. There are grub screws to secure the glass, but no screws to secure the main body, which taking into account the large 11.4 mm hole could be difficult to source.This is a strong, well built bracket but the fit and finish is poor and the plastic inner is cheap and short - I would not recommend this.
